The Role - Head Chef

  • We are seeking an inspiring and commercially minded Head Chef to:
  • Be a hands on leader developing a talented kitchen team across both restaurant service and bespoke events
  • Design and deliver seasonal, locally driven menus that showcase the very best British ingredients
  • Maintain impeccable standards of quality, consistency, and presentation
  • Collaborate with ownership and management on the development of new event and hospitality concepts
  • Manage kitchen operations, stock, GP, and compliance efficiently and professional

About You - Head Chef

  • Proven experience as a Head Chef in a premium gastro pub, boutique hotel, or fine dining venue
  • Confident delivering high-end cuisine for discerning guests and private events
  • A calm and organised leader with strong mentoring skills and a hands-on approach
  • Passionate about provenance, sustainability, and seasonal cookery
  • Financially astute with excellent organisational and communication skills

What’s on Offer - Head Chef

  • Basic salary up to 65k plus tronc (6-7k) and 20% Bonus, overall OTE 85K
