Finding a new job can be bewildering, challenging and scary. We will be with you every step of the way, getting to know you at the beginning, listening to your needs and understanding your ambitions. We will guide you through the recruitment process, supporting your interview preparation and giving you genuine feedback along the way. When a role is filled, we continue to engage with our candidates post-placement, taking pride in your success

Process
- Initial phone conversation to get an understanding of what you are looking for
- Face to face coffee meeting to understand your needs and discuss current roles (if not possible a Zoom get together)
- Site visits to get a complete understanding of the company
- CV prepared and submitted for chosen role
- Providing support to ensure you are ready for your interview. Ie. company research, dress etc.
- Thorough feedback given during the interview process
- Negotiate the right package for you
- Follow up calls after placement started to make sure you are happy in your role and to support if needed
- On the phone 24/7 as we understand you don’t work 9-5
