Adam founded Roots Recruitment and Consultancy in 2024 after spending over 30 years in the hospitality sector.
About Adam
Adam loves hospitality and his home city of Bristol nearly as much as he loves his dog, Jack. As a classically trained chef many moons ago, he loves checking out and keeping up with the industry scene. He is very fond of fresh and sustainable ingredients, fine wine, and great hospitality.
Following 15 years in operational roles, he took his skills to recruitment, building up a fantastic reputation within some of the UK’s best establishments over the last 20 years. His incredible knowledge of the industry and network enables him to offer advice and support and to build long-lasting relationships.
Adam is extremely passionate about hospitality and working in partnership with clients and candidates. He specialises in recruiting senior managers both front and back of house throughout the UK.
When he is not eating out or cooking, he enjoys spending his free time boxing, playing football, or walking Jack.
