The ideal candidate would be a current head or senior sous chef in a casual dining branded operation, looking to become part of a team in a company with a big future. - The ability and understanding to train and develop your team in all aspects from stocks, rotas, food safety to food SOP and presentation
- A real people person with excellent communication skills
