This thriving, award-winning pub with rooms has built a strong reputation for delivering outstanding food in a relaxed, welcoming environment. With a focus on fresh, seasonal ingredients, vibrant small plates, wood-fired pizzas and exceptional hospitality, the business continues to go from strength to strength.
We are seeking a passionate and driven Head Chef who can inspire a large, established brigade while maintaining consistently high standards across a busy, high-volume operation.
The Role - Head Chef
• Lead, motivate and develop a talented kitchen team
• Drive food quality, consistency and presentation across all service periods
• Champion fresh food cooking and seasonal menu development
• Maintain strong kitchen systems, stock controls and GP targets
• Work closely with senior management to support the ongoing growth of the business
• Deliver a memorable guest experience through exceptional food and leadership
What We're Looking For - Head Chef
• Current Head Chef, Senior Sous Chef or ambitious Sous Chef ready for the next step
• Strong background in quality fresh-food operations
• Experience leading teams within busy, high-volume kitchens
• Passion for seasonal produce and ingredient-led cooking
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• A hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment
