The Role – Bar Manager
- Lead, inspire, and develop a high-performing bar team
- Oversee all day-to-day bar operations, ensuring exceptional standards are maintained
- Deliver outstanding guest experiences in a busy, high-energy environment
- Manage stock control, ordering, GP performance, and operational efficiency
- Maintain high standards of presentation, cleanliness, and service
- Drive team engagement, training, and succession planning
